Prince of Persia Not Forgotten, New Game Announced

Ubisoft has announced that a new Prince of Persia game titled ‘Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands‘ is set to debut next year. Hit the jump for details and PR.

There are no major details on what the game is all about and what will be going on other than it will “feature many of the fan-favorite elements from the original series as well as new gameplay innovations”. It will be released May 2010 for consoles and handhelds. We’re going to assume that Xbox 360 is included.

According to Geoff Keighley, there will be a trailer at the VGAs.
