The premier racing game on the Xbox 360 has arrived! Car enthusiasts and gamers of all skill level will both enjoy what Turn 10 has brought to the table. Start your engines and let the race begin!
With each step in the series, Turn 10 wants to make their games appeal to all players. Young or old, casual or hardcore, their motto was always to turn gamers into car lovers and car lovers into gamers. They have to lived up to that. Welcome to Forza Motorsport.
Let’s start off with this: Forza 3 is by far the most accessible game of all three games and probably the easiest to get into. That doesn’t mean that you’re getting a bad game in return. The game is loaded with cars, tracks, and other nifty features.

The game comes packaged with two discs, an install disc and a play disc as well as a voucher redeemable for some cars and tracks that are downloaded via Xbox Live Marketplace. If you want to experience Forza 3 at its fullest, you’re going to want to install all the content on the disc to your hard drive. The install takes about four minutes and comes in at a hefty 1.9 GB. If you don’t have enough room, you can choose to install the content individually.
The game’s menu is simple and professional, it resembles those fancy car brochures you get in the mail and it all tops it off with a nice soothing “audio background” The career mode has been renamed to Season Play. In Season Play, the game makes suggestions on which race events to choose based on what cars you have in your garage. Your career lasts six seasons, with each being longer then the last. Your first few seasons will be rather enjoyable but right around the final season, the game will take it’s toll on you. Granted, completing a career is about 40 hours maybe more which is a lot of racing to be had. Each season has a championship race that happens every two weeks. In between those two weeks is where you would choose a series of different events suggested by the game, all diverse in their own way. Completing races nets you credits which are used to buy cars and upgrade them as well as other things, and XP which you receive to level up. If you decide to turn off assists and crank up the difficulty, you’ll be awarded with bonus credits. Leveling up your in your Driver Level grants you a free car and leveling up in Car Level gives you discounts in the upgrade shop on specific manufacturers. Any events that you don’t get to race in season play will be available in the event list. This list is accessible early on in your career, you don’t necessarily need to finish season play. In order to unlock more events in the event list you need to level up your Driver Level.
If you have played Forza 2, you probably noticed that when you race against AI opponents, they would all drive in a single file without ever crashing or going off course, all following one path. This is no longer the case. Your opponents now drive more freely, not driving in a single file as well as taking hard turns and going off course. This may vary depending on what difficulty you are racing on, but you will definitely see a difference in the AI from the previous game at some point.

The online multiplayer is now a little different. Turn 10 has opted for matchmaking type multiplayer. You can search for a match through a series of categories like circuit race or drag race as well as what car class you want to race with. Once you find a match, you’ll end up in a lobby similar to the one in Forza 2. If the race is in progress, you’ll be able to spectate if you wish. There’s also a storefront and the auction house. In the auction house, you are able to buy, sell, and bid on cars. In the storefront, you can buy vinyl groups, tuning set ups, and designs. You can also browse photos and replays uploaded by the gaming community as well as your own.

i would give this a 5 out of 5 but if this were the way you psls does there system i would give it the gold trophy and not the platinum. i think this game is great and has a lot of content including a lot of cool customizable abilities but the little things in the game are what makes it a 9 instead of a 10. for example the terrible dashboard view.
